Stepping into the Riad-like rooms was a pleasant and comfortable experience, with exquisite bedding. The hotel offers sweet balconies or terraces for that extra charm. The service was amazing, and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. The location down a small alleyway was a hidden gem, a 10 on 10 spot in the center of Palma. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with altered dishes, but not the best choices. Overall, a wonderful stay with some room for improvement.

The service provided was excellent, making our experience wonderful and hassle-free. The location down a small alleyway was perfect and unbeatable, with exceptional staff like Sergi, Lukas, and Natalia. However, the dining options were limited, particularly the hot dishes. Overall, a visually appealing and cozy retreat.

The location couldn't be beaten with a charming alleyway entrance, and the center of Palma bringing guests back every time.
